Pesa 5% Untied funds to Gram Panchayats in Scheduled Areas of the State

राज्यातील अनुसूचित क्षेत्रातील ग्रामपंचायतींना 5% अबंध निधी थेट देण्याबाबत –

 

·      Gram Sabha has been given independent authority to decide the use of funds. For this, the Gram Sabha has prepared the annual planning chart of the bonded fund and is seeking approval from the Gram Sabha. While preparing the chart, it is necessary to consider the people of Yena-or every village/padiyatal in the area of ​​Gram Panchayat. After that, with the unanimous consent of the Gram Sabha, the Gram Panchayat's committee was gathered.

·         The following four types of work are to be done from this fund for the complete development of the village.

A)   infrastructure

1.     Related Pesa Gavatil Grampanchayat offices, health centers, Anganwadya, schools, burial ground, Godavun, roads under Gavache and corresponding infrastructure facilities.

B)Forest Rights Act and PESA Act

     implementation

1.Tribals for their livelihood

 To provide training/guidance through training center regarding business.

2.Village development or fish farming business/buying fish seeds.

3. To develop local land.

4. Secondary water management.

5. To develop contemporary natural resources and contemporary assets.

(a) Health, sanitation, educatio

1. Building public toilets

2.Maintain cleanliness in the village.

3. Making water supply arrangements, tying gutters and taking care of them.

4. Provide pure drinking water.

(d) Afforestation, wildlife conservation, water conservation, forest floor management, wildlife tourism, and forest-based livelihoods.

 

  

To elect the village councilor means to give administrative recognition to the village council. Independent tantric recognition will not be necessary for works valued less than Rs. 3 lakhs selected by the Gram Sabha and the method of obtaining tantric recognition for works valued more than Rs. 3 lakhs will remain as per paragraph 4(6).

*Corrigendum has been issued as per the government decision dated 20/02/2016 regarding expenditure of 5% Tasech Pesa fund on Tribal Department.

According to Rule 4(1)(e) of Forest Rights Recognition Act 2006 and Rule 2008, committees have been established for 822 villages in Palghar district.
