Jagechi availability-
1) Plots falling within the limits of Gram Panchayat and plots approved by the competent planning authority for resident purposes outside the boundaries.
2) Government/government vacant posts provided by the District Magistrate or the Government.
3) Under Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (Rural), a 25 square meter house is being constructed. Apart from this, for other basic facilities, taking into consideration the household floor area, generally 500 square feet area per beneficiary is recognized.
4) If the area of direct land per beneficiary is limited to 500 square feet, then the value of direct land to the beneficiaries will be Rs. 1,00,000/- or financial assistance will be given to the extent of deficiency.
5) If the price of land is Rs. If the amount is more than Rs. 1,00,000/- and the beneficiary is ready to pay the amount automatically, he or she will be given the benefit of the scheme.
