Children from government/government-approved orphanages.
Students of government/government-approved ashram schools,
Women in government/government-approved women's shelters.
Senior citizens in government/government-approved old age homes
Journalists and their dependent family members as per the criteria of the Information and Public Relations Office
Registration with Maharashtra Building and Other Construction Workers Welfare Board for living construction workers and their families (resident outside the state of Maharashtra)
Group D – Patients from outside Maharashtra who have met with an accident on any road in Maharashtra
Group E – The following ration card holder families from 865 villages in Belgaum, Karwar, Kalaburagi and Bidar districts on the Maharashtra-Karnataka border
