Rural Development Department, Government Decision No. PANVIA-2020/P.No.59/Finance-4 dt. According to the guidance information dated 26 June 2020, 15 years of Panchayat Raj Institutions funded by the Central Finance Commission will be done.
- The basic grant is of untied nature and the rural local self-government institutions use it as per their need as per their local needs, except for salary and establishment related issues.
- Tied/Tied Grant: Utilization of Tied Grant: Tied grant is spent on 1) Cleanliness and maintenance and repair of cost-free local self-government institutions. 2) Drinking water supply, water recharging/rain water harvesting and water recycling.
