Motherhood Protection Scheme (JSY)

  • Objectives:
    • To reduce the evidence of death of mother and child.
    • Increasing evidence of infertility in women's government health centres.
  • Beneficiaries: All pregnant women belonging to Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Caste and poverty line
  • Of benefit Format:
    • Rs. 500/- if the delivery takes place at home.
    • If the delivery takes place in a government or government-approved health center
      • Urban In the area -Rs. 600/-
      • Rural In the area – रु. 700/-
      • Caesar If Rs.. 1500/-
    • The benefits of this scheme are provided to the bank account of the pregnant woman through DBT, PFMS.
  • Required Documents:
    • MCP card and RCH number
    • Bank passbook of a pregnant woman
