The main objectives and functions of the Panchayat Samiti are as follows:<\/b><\/p>\n

  • Development of Rural Areas:<\/b>
    \n<\/b>The main objective of the Panchayat Samiti is to achieve overall development of rural areas.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Guidance to Gram Panchayats:<\/b>
    \n<\/b>The Panchayat Samiti guides the Gram Panchayats and assists them in their work.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Implementation of schemes:<\/b>
